Driver's footwell, under the lower edge of the dash on the driver's side, white 16-pin DLC3 with no cover. On left-hand-drive cars of this generation it sits above the pedals/footrest close to the bonnet release - on Australian right-hand-drive cars look under the dash edge in the driver's footwell on the right-hand side by the bonnet release and feel for it if you can't see it. Same on GX, GXL and Cruiser.
