Your AI assistant normally doesn't know about vehicle keys. It'll guess, or apologise. MCP is a plug that lets the Keysolved database into the chat — so when you ask a real question, you get a real answer, pulled live from the same data on this site.

You set it up once. From then on, your AI knows every vehicle we cover, every tool, every procedure, every community tip. No copying, no tabbing, no typing specs in.

Connect it up

The easiest path is the Claude.ai web app — add Keysolved as a connector once and it's there in every chat, no config file.

  1. 1.Go to Settings → Connectors (or profile menu → Connectors).
  2. 2.Click Add custom connector and paste this URL:

  1. 3.Sign in with your Keysolved account when the browser popup appears.

Once added, Keysolved is available in every chat. Type / to see the prompt shortcuts ( /job_prep, /key_lookup, /tool_check).

Add to your claude_desktop_config.json, restart Claude, and sign in when the browser window pops up.

One command for Claude Code. Cursor has a similar MCP settings page — point it at the same URL: https://keysolved.com/api/mcp.

The first request opens a browser window to sign in with your Keysolved account. The endpoint only responds to active subscribers — any other request gets a clean 401 or 403.
