Driver's side footwell, below the lower edge of the dashboard, between the steering column and the centre console. On UK (RHD) models it is to the right of and just below the steering column, above the clutch pedal area. The 16-pin OBD-II connector is accessible without removing any covers.
Kneel in the driver's footwell and look upward under the lower dash panel, between the steering column and the fuse panel. The port faces downward and is immediately visible.
