Drive side not stated by the source: a French photo guide puts the socket to the left of the steering wheel behind a plastic cover held by a quarter-turn screw (C4 Picasso), or behind the cover around the headlight height control (Grand C4 Picasso). A UK owner says the older Grand Picasso has it in the glovebox, so on a right-hand-drive car check the glovebox if it is not by the column. Not confirmed for UK cars.

How to access

Turn the screw a quarter turn and lift the cover off; the socket is behind it (photo guide, drive side not stated).
