No flap or trim cover — the 16-pin connector faces down and is reached by leaning into the footwell. Same position on all US 7P trims (Sport, Lux, Executive, Hybrid, TDI). The Touareg was sold only as LHD in North America, so there is no RHD position to describe for this market.
