Left-hand drive only — the XL40 Sienna was never sold in right-hand drive in North America. The white 16-pin DLC3 sits in the driver's footwell under the lower dash, to the left of the steering column in the gap between the column and the driver's door kick panel, facing down and slightly rearward. Use the interior fuse box as your landmark: the fuse box is the panel with the snap-off cover directly above your left knee, and the diagnostic socket is the bare connector immediately outboard of it. Same position on every trim from LE to Platinum, and unchanged by the 2025 refresh.
