RHD (UK): under the lower edge of the driver's side dashboard, to the right of the steering column on the door side, roughly level with the driver's right knee and well to the left of the bonnet-release lever. The white 16-pin connector faces downward at an angle and can't be seen from the seat: get your head down into the footwell with a torch, or feel for it along the underside of the dash. No panel to remove. The 2019 facelift moved nothing, and the position is the same on every trim.
