Passenger side, bottom of the dashboard below the glove compartment — on the left side of the lower fascia (passenger footwell area). No cover removal required. Confirmed by Klavkarr (2016-2020) and Scegliauto video tutorials (2016 and 2021 models). NOTE: This is the PASSENGER side, not the driver's footwell — locksmiths familiar with the Clio V (driver's footwell) must be aware of this difference. The Megane IV OBD port position is consistent from 2016 through the 2020 Phase 2 facelift and the 2021 model year.
