RHD (Australia): under the lower edge of the dashboard on the right of the steering column, on the door side, just above the accelerator pedal and level with the driver's right knee. The 16-pin connector is on a bracket behind the knee panel and faces down, so crouch at the open driver's door and look up under the dash to plug in. Same position on every GA ASX grade, turn-key or push-button; the bonnet release is also on this side of the dash and is a useful landmark. The fuse box and ETACS (body computer) are on the passenger side on RHD cars, so don't go looking there.
