LHD (mainland EU): 16-pin diagnostic socket sits under the instrument cluster on the driver's side, below the lower edge of the dash in front of the driver's knees. The nearest landmark is the driver-side lower storage box. The driver-compartment fuse box is behind it, so if you're feeling around under the cluster, you're in the right area once you reach the back of that storage box. Same dash on panel van, long-wheelbase van and chassis cab. RHD vans (UK and Ireland) have not been separately confirmed, so check under the cluster on the right-hand side before you assume the socket has moved.
