Right-hand-drive Australian cars: driver's side footwell, under the dashboard on the right-hand side near the knee-bolster trim, just above the throttle pedal and below the steering column. The 16-pin connector sits roughly level with the lower edge of the dash. Same position across all WK/WH trims (Laredo, Limited, Overland, SRT8).
Often fitted with a small black plastic protective cap over the connector — unclip it by hand (no tools) and the 16-pin socket is exposed behind it. Some cars have the connector open with no cap.
