Driver's side, under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column, above the footrest. The 16-pin OBD connector is recessed slightly behind the lower dash trim but fully accessible without tools. No cover to remove — the port is exposed and immediately visible once you look up and to the left of the steering column. Consistent location across all Accord trims including Sport, EX, EX-L, and Touring.
