LHD: Lower dashboard, to the left of the steering column, behind a small rectangular cover panel (approximately 14 x 8 cm) secured by two cross-head screws. The 16-pin OBD-II connector sits at the back of the recess, roughly in line with the driver's left knee. Same location on all Relay II body variants (Panel Van, Chassis Cab, Minibus). RHD (UK market): Lower dashboard, to the right of the steering column, behind the same style of screw-secured rectangular cover panel. The connector faces upward and sits at the back of the recess, in line with the driver's right knee. Same position on all trims.
Remove the rectangular cover panel by unscrewing two cross-head screws — a standard Phillips screwdriver is sufficient. Pull the panel away to expose the 16-pin connector recessed at the back of the cavity.
