Driver's side, under the lower dash to the left of the steering column, below the instrument-panel lip and just above the pedals. The 16-pin connector faces downward and is exposed — no cover to remove, though it sits up out of direct sight, so find it by reaching under the dash or with a torch from the footwell. Same location on the CTS sedan, coupe and Sport Wagon.
