RHD (UK): in the driver's footwell, on the underside of the lower dash trim directly above the pedals. Look up from the footwell above the brake pedal; the 16-pin socket faces down. LHD: the same spot above the brake pedal, just to the right of the bonnet release lever. Same position on every Q5 and SQ5 trim, before and after the 2012 facelift.
