Location
LHD: Driver's side, lower dashboard, to the left of the steering column at the lower edge of the instrument panel. The 16-pin OBD-II connector faces downward at the bottom of the dash trim panel. Two screws adjacent to the port secure the lower panel. Same location across all Promaster variants (1500/2500/3500). Fuse F36 (driver-side fuse panel below dash) controls power to the OBD port — check this fuse first if the port appears dead.
