Driver's side footwell, beneath the lower dashboard trim, to the left of the steering column above the pedal cluster. The 16-pin OBD-II connector is positioned near the bonnet release handle area and is accessible without tools by opening or removing the lower under-dash panel. On SPA-platform Volvo vehicles (XC60, XC90, S60, V60, V90) the OBD port location is consistent across all model years and all trim levels. A small removable cover may be present on some configurations.
