Driver's footwell, under the dashboard below the steering column, behind a removable plastic cover. For LHD vehicles (continental Europe): left of the pedals under the steering wheel. For UK RHD vehicles: the driver's side is the right side; the OBD port is under the steering column on the driver's right, behind a pull-off plastic panel. Confirmed by Klavkarr dedicated OBD port location page for Opel Grandland X (2017+) and by Grandland X Forums thread — port described as behind lower dashboard under steering wheel, plastic cover pulls off. Consistent with all EMP2 platform vehicles of this era (Peugeot 3008 P84, Citroën C5 Aircross all confirmed under-steering-column placement).
