Driver's footwell, under the dashboard below the steering column, behind a removable plastic cover. For LHD vehicles (continental Europe): left side under the steering wheel, above the pedals. For UK RHD vehicles: driver's right side, under the steering column, behind a pull-off plastic cover. Confirmed by Klavkarr dedicated OBD port page for the Peugeot 208 second generation (2019+) — consistent location for both ICE 208 and e-208 (same body/interior). NOTE: The 1st gen Peugeot 208 (2012-2019) used a different platform (PF1) and may have a different OBD port location in some trim configurations — this location applies only to the 2nd gen (A9/BK, 2019+). Standard 16-pin OBD2 connector.
