RHD (UK): the exact socket position on a right-hand-drive NV200 has not been confirmed yet, so check under the dash on the driver's side before you commit to a call-out time. LHD: behind the removable storage tray in the lower dash to the left of the steering wheel, right next to the interior fuse box. Pull the tray out and the 16-pin socket and the fuses are behind it. Same on van and Combi/Evalia.
LHD: the storage tray / cover beside the steering wheel pulls out by its grip by hand, with no tools. The 16-pin socket sits next to the interior fuses behind it. RHD: access not confirmed.
