Driver's side, under the lower dashboard to the left of the steering column, above the footrest (dead pedal) and near the hood-release handle. It sits behind the lower edge of the steering-column trim and faces down, so look up from the footwell. Left-hand drive only.
No cover to remove. Kneel in the driver's door opening and look up above the footrest, left of the pedals.
