Driver's side footwell, under the dashboard on the steering column side. In RHD markets (Australia, NZ, UK), the port is to the right of the steering column, below the instrument panel, accessible without removing trim panels. The port is a standard 16-pin OBD trapezoidal connector. Some RHD PX1/PX2 Rangers have a secondary diagnostic port placed further back behind the first — use the primary port for key programming. The port is exposed or behind a small push-off cover panel; no screws required. In LHD markets (continental Europe, Middle East) the port mirrors to the left of the steering column.
