Diagnostic port location (OBD)
Driver's footwell, to the left of the steering column, behind a small removable plastic panel at the bottom of the lower dashboard fascia. Remove the panel by gripping the lower edge and pulling firmly outward — no tools required. The OBD port is immediately behind the panel, adjacent to the fuse box area. On right-hand drive (UK) vehicles the panel is to the right of the steering column in the equivalent position. The Tipo (2015+) OBD port location is confirmed by Klavkarr (Fiat Tipo 2015–) as driver's side lower dashboard, consistent with the standard FCA/Fiat OBD port placement across this era. UK Prodiagnostics also confirms the Tipo OBD port at the lower dashboard driver's side.
