Driver's footwell, to the left of the steering column, behind a small removable plastic panel at the bottom of the lower dashboard fascia. The under-steering-column area has two plastic panels — the OBD port is behind the smaller outer panel on the driver's side. Grip the lower edge of the panel firmly and pull outward to release — no tools required. The OBD port is immediately behind the panel, adjacent to the fuse box, and is typically yellow in colour. Confirmed by Klavkarr (Fiat Panda 3, 2012–) and scegliauto.com video guide as driver's side lower dashboard. Also confirmed by FiatForum Mk3 thread: 'the panel under the steering wheel is in 2 parts — you want the smaller panel on the outer edge of the car; firmly grip the lower edge and pull outwards.' On right-hand drive (UK) vehicles the equivalent panel is on the right of the steering column. The same OBD port location applies across all Panda 319 variants: standard, Cross, 4x4, and Hybrid.
