Driver's footwell, under the dashboard below the steering column, behind a removable plastic cover. For LHD vehicles (continental Europe): left of the pedals, same side as the steering wheel. For UK RHD vehicles: the OBD port mirrors to the right side of the dashboard, under the steering column on the driver's right, behind a pull-off plastic cover. The 3rd gen C4 uses the same BSI CAN architecture and OBD port convention as the Citroën C3 B618 (2016+) and Berlingo K9 (2018+) — all confirmed under-steering-column placement.
