Driver's side footwell, beneath the lower edge of the dashboard to the left of the steering column (or right, on UK/RHD vehicles). Behind a small plastic flap that must be opened to access the 16-pin port. Location confirmed consistent across all F48 production years 2015–2022 including the 2019 LCI facelift. The port may have a small plastic insert that needs to be pulled out before plugging in a scanner.
