RHD: Under the dashboard, to the left of the steering column, above the driver's left knee. The 16-pin OBD-II connector is mounted facing downward and is visible by looking up from the driver's footwell. A torch helps as the area is dimly lit. Same location across all trims.

Right-hand-drive JDM cars: driver's side footwell, on the lower trim panel beneath the steering column, just above the accelerator pedal. No cover — the 16-pin socket faces down and is visible once you crouch into the footwell. Same position across all XP130 grades, smart and non-smart.
