Driver's side footwell, beneath the dashboard, to the left of the steering column — lower area of the dashboard. Confirmed for E210 (2019–2026) by scegliauto.com tutorial: 'shift your attention to the lower area of the dashboard and more precisely to the left of the steering wheel' — OBD port located at this position. Confirmed by YouTube video (XoN GameDroid, April 2024) specific to E210 2018–2024. Fuse panel confirmation: car-box.info E210 fuse diagram identifies 'OBD — On-board diagnostics' fuse in the passenger compartment fuse panel on the left side under the instrument panel. Consistent across all E210 body styles (sedan, hatchback/Sport, Touring Sports), all powertrain variants (ICE, Hybrid), and all model years. The TNGA-C platform maintains this OBD port position consistently across all production years through 2024.

Driver's side footwell, below and to the left of the steering column, above the dead pedal. The 16-pin OBD-II connector is mounted on a bracket on the underside of the lower dash. No protective cover. Accessible without removing any trim.

Left-hand drive (US cars): under the lower left side of the dash on the driver's side, next to the bonnet release lever, left of the steering column and above the pedals. A US owner places it there on a 2011 Corolla S and says the 2013 is the same; klavkarr (2006-2013 Corolla) and obdadvisor (Corolla generally) agree on driver's side, left, near the bonnet release. No source covers every trim or right-hand drive.

Driver's side, under the dashboard, to the left of the steering column near the hood release lever. No cover, no panel removal required. White 16-pin connector, slightly recessed — a flashlight helps locate it.
