Location
Driver's side, under the dashboard to the left of the steering column, above the footrest. 16-pin OBD-II connector in a plastic bracket, no cover. Visible without removing any trim.

Location
Centre console, in front of the gear lever. Lift up the storage compartment bottom inside the centre console armrest/storage box to expose the OBD2 socket. The port sits beneath the removable storage tray, not in the driver's footwell. NOTE: This is the centre console location specific to the ZE40 (2012-2019) — the ZE50 (2019+) changed to a driver's footwell port position.
