B9
Illustration — use it to know where to look.
Location
Low under the steering column, behind the plastic trim below the wheel, next to the fascia fuse box; on most vans the green 16-pin socket sits towards the right of that opening. Same on panel van, crew van and Partner Tepee, and unchanged through the 2012 and 2015 facelifts.
How to access
Open the fuse box flap and unclip the plastic cover under the steering column by hand (flat blade if tight); the socket is exposed behind it. The socket can be a tight fit - push the plug in firmly.

Peugeot Partner II OBD questions
B9 (2008–2018): Low under the steering column, behind the plastic trim below the wheel, next to the fascia fuse box; on most vans the green 16-pin socket sits towards the right of that opening. On a right-hand-drive B9: Not under the steering wheel; it is on the passenger side, in the glovebox on the cabin fuse/BSI panel at the side of the compartment - the dashboard fuse box stays on the left of the van on RHD builds.
