Driver's side lower dashboard, small storage compartment to the left of the steering column, near the fuse panel. Open the compartment cover (marked with a yellow OBD indicator) to access the connector. Not in the glove box — this is the 2nd generation (2017+) location, confirmed distinct from the 1st gen which used the passenger glove box. Confirmed by Klavkarr (dedicated page for Dacia Duster 2017-...) and UK Dacia Forum thread 'OBD Port 2019 Duster'.

Passenger side glove box, bottom of the compartment, behind a removable plastic cover. Open the glove box, the OBD2 connector is at the lowest point behind a removable grey plastic flap. Not under the steering wheel — this is the same Dacia B0 platform placement as Sandero and Logan. Confirmed by Klavkarr photo database (separate Dacia Duster 2010-2017 entry distinct from Duster 2017+) and multiple diagnostic guides.
