Location
LHD: Low on the dashboard to the left of the steering column, between the driver's door and the column, directly below the interior fuse box (fuse flap A). The 16-pin socket faces downwards into the footwell, roughly level with the pedals. You do not need to take the fuse flap off to plug in — feel under the fuse box. Same position on all trims as far as known; on some cars the fuses are reached through a flap in the glovebox instead, but the socket stays in the driver's footwell. RHD: not yet confirmed — check the mirror-image position right of the column first.
