On every UK and European Audi Q4 we cover, the OBD port is on the driver's side.

Location
RHD (UK cars): driver's footwell, high up under the lower edge of the dash on the outboard side of the steering column, roughly above your right knee and above the pedals. The 16-pin socket faces downwards, so you are looking up under the dash, and it sits right behind the footwell light — a torch helps. LHD: the mirror of that, under the dash to the left of the column beside the footwell light. Same position on the SUV and the Sportback and on every trim from 2021 to the 2026 facelift. Don't go into the glovebox: that is where the cabin fuse panel lives on UK cars, not the diagnostic socket.
