Location
Driver's side, beneath the steering wheel. Behind a large plastic cover panel that unclips by hand — no tools required. Remove the panel to expose the port. The cover is the full-width under-dash panel below the steering column.

Driver's side, under the steering column. Remove the plastic cover directly beneath the steering wheel to access the port. The port is positioned at the bottom right of the steering wheel area, behind the plastic trim panel. No screws required to remove the cover — unclip by hand.
